1. Who we are

2. What we are (and aren’t)
We are a land-buying company. We are not a licensed real estate broker, lender, attorney, or tax advisor. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or financial advice. We may buy land directly from you for our own account, or refer you to a third-party buyer we know. We disclose which arrangement applies before any agreement is signed.
3. Cash offers and lead submissions
Submitting your information through any form on the Site does not create a binding purchase agreement. We may follow up by phone, text, or email to discuss your property. Any cash offer we make is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement and the offer is accepted in that document. We may decline to make an offer for any reason or no reason.
4. Listings on the Site
Property listings shown under “Available Properties” are provided for informational purposes. Acreage, prices, descriptions, and photos may change without notice. Any transaction is governed by the executed purchase agreement, not the Site listing.
5. Communications and SMS
By submitting a phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us regarding your property and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell phone numbers or text-opt-in data to any third party.
6. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the Site accurate, but we don’t guarantee that every detail is current. If something looks wrong, a listing price, acreage, or contact info, let us know.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Share the Wealth Ventures, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for any dispute with us is to stop using the Site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after we post a revised version means you accept the changes. The “Last updated” date above tells you when the most recent change was made.
