Field-service and showing payments are issued after your work is approved. Marketing commissions are paid after the buyer you referred closes and funds are received. You can see everything in your partner wallet.
Do I need a real estate license?
You're helping market properties and referring interested buyers — you don't negotiate deals or write contracts; She Buys Land's team does. Requirements can vary by state, and we'll confirm what applies in your area when you join.
Can I market multiple properties?
Yes. Marketing opportunities are open to unlimited partners, so you can promote as many active properties as you like.
Can I do both field work and marketing?
Absolutely. Pick whatever opportunities you want, whenever you want — field work one week, marketing the next. No profile changes needed.
How do commissions work?
When a buyer you referred closes on a property, you earn a 5% referral commission on the sale price.
What if two partners submit the same buyer?
The first valid referral owns the lead. Duplicate submissions are flagged automatically, and referral ownership is transparent in your dashboard.
