When you fill out a form on the Site (cash offer, buyer registration, contact), we collect what you give us, typically your name, phone number, email, and information about the land you’re selling or looking for. - To respond to your inquiry and prepare a cash offer.

We share your information with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run the business: our customer relationship system (ClickUp), our database (Supabase), our text-messaging platform (Launch Control / Trustco.ai), our email sender (Resend), and the title companies who handle closings. We require these providers to protect your information and use it only to perform services for us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile information (phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent) with third parties for marketing.
Your choices

- Access, correct, or delete: email Info@shebuysland.comand we’ll help. Some information we keep for legal or transaction-record reasons even after deletion requests.
- Cookies:most browsers let you block or clear cookies. Doing so won’t break the Site, but it may affect how it remembers you.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you’re actively engaged with us, plus a reasonable period after that to comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for closed transactions, shorter for inquiries that don’t lead to a sale).
